dental plan is not insurance, and it's simple
to use. Once you receive your ID card, you're
ready for on-the-spot savings. Simply present
your ID card at a participating dental office
to receive instant discounts.
Step
1:
To locate a
participating provider, visit
our provider search. When calling a
dentist for an appointment, identify yourself
as a member with access to the Aetna
Dental Access SM Network.
Step
2: You
must show your ID card at the time of visit to
receive your discount. If you don't have
your ID card, the provider can call to verify
that you are a member of the Aetna Dental
Access SM Network.
Step
3: You
are responsible for the total bill, less the
applicable savings, at the time service is
rendered.

Preferred Dental Plan utilizing the Aetna Dental Access
SM Network provides
participants access to a network of
independent practicing providers. All network
providers are independent contractors in
private practice and are neither employees nor
agents of Aetna Life Insurance Company and/or
its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates
(“Aetna”). The availability of any
particular provider cannot be guaranteed, and
provider network composition is subject to
change. Aetna does not provide medical or
dental care/treatment and is not responsible
for outcomes. All dental care is the
responsibility of the treating provider, in
consultation with the participant. Selection

participant and is not based on any
